Singularity wont start

Once play is hit no new window will open and evefile.exe in task manager will go up to 220k memory and not continue to climb
the same thing occurs if running the evefile.exe to get on singularity since last nights patch :c

anybody know how to fix this?

i have done a fresh install of tranquility and set it to singularity with no change
