Hello,

I have be re-subbed to EVE for around and I've posted on the "reactivate my account" thread.

When I try to log into Singularity it says "Invalid Username/Password".

Does this mean my account has not yet been reactivated?

If you've changed your password since the last mirror then it won't be updated on Sisi, you may need to use your old one.

If you're account was created after the last mirror, then you won't exist on Sisi yet and will need to wait for a new mirror (There is no timeframe for this, don't ask)

FWIW

The answer for me when I had a similar problem was that I had recently changed my password since they had mirrored from TQ to Sisi. The solution was to use my old password.
