This was worse than i though, and globally finland is in reletavely low position with speeds even though our digital ICT infrastructure is rated by some to be the best in the world

You afraid to test your connection anyway? Your claim is bollocks, did you know that? It's not the total bandwidth of the line that would be tested, but rather the functional capability of your complete setup. Even if you have such a connection, your result will be limited by your ethernet, and if not by that, then your computer's read/write speed.

For example, my residential connection is 20 MB up / down, but my speedtest result is lower than that due to the 802.11 ac bridge I use to connect to the modem across the house.

I'm still not sure why you bothered to post anything in here, when you won't post your result.
