I planned to train him as a trading alt, so that's where all the training went into. Unfortunately I can't continue with him due to time constrains.

When you sell a character, there's a 2 plex cost to transfer paid by the seller. Unfortunately, characters with under 1 mil SP don't garner enough value to cover the 1.6 bil isk cost to transfer.
