If I had the Money I would offer you 8B for the SP + 1.6 B for the Transfer, so it would be an Offer of 9.6B

BUT

the Character has joined quite a few Corps, it has no Remaps, a negative SecStatus and some SP that seems to be wasted.
So I would give you 6-7.5 B
