Still a bit in doubt if I should sell her or not as I hardly use the character.

Would appriciate some fair comments on what she might be worth or advice on improvements skill wise.

you have my offer, and as far as improving skills, I would suggest making the gunnery pure yellow. ats always a good sales point when someone doesnt have to worry about having to eventually put in long training times for the last 2%/5% increase damage.
