you may want to take out "wyvern pilot" since it cant really be considered that maybe sitter instead of pilot

15 bil is cutting it a bit short, but reasonable based on your offerings.
Finishing all the training on those skills that were neglected = Time = Plex = ISK negating the value of your toon.

Except for a while now anyone has been able to fit any rigs, the skills only lower the penalties.
