This is what my Sun does. - sorry for the bad quality, I don't have the right tools on this machine.

It happens when idle or moving. It looks like the sun is hiding behind something although there is nothing between me and the Sun. Only the bracket and the BM (on the video, but it happens with BM turned off as well).

It's also kinda random. When I sit somewhere for longer period of time it might not happen for a couple of minutes and the next moment I feel like under stroboscope.

the graphical setting does not seem to have an influence.
