I run a multi-system setup, in which I manually control multiple clients, running multiple accounts, across multiple computers. The computers are mixed hardware and operating systems, and the clients have varied resolutions under which they run. To control the systems with a single mouse and keyboard, I use Synergy to move my mouse from one screen, to another, as though it is simply a secondary monitor on a single machine.

This is a fairly common setup which predates ISBoxer, and requires you to actually play each client individually as though you were only playing one at a time. In the past, and recently, I had an issue by which moving my mouse from one computer to the next, while the Server's (i.e. Synergy setup server) Eve clients were running in Fullscreen Windowed mode, would cause the mouse to hang at the corners of the server's monitors, before transitioning to the client monitor.

I looked through forum posts, and Google, for similar issues from other people and found nothing to resolve my issue. So, I contacted Synergy about this, and a very simple solution was found. There is an option, in the Server Configuration, which tells Synergy to not grab the main windows of the server machine when transitioning displays.

Run the Synergy program on the server machine.
Click Configure Server.
Select the Advanced Server Settings tab.
Enable the option "Don't take foreground window on Windows servers."
Click OK.
Click Apply.

Wait for the server to reestablish connection to each client machine, and you should be golden. =)
