Screen turning white while in space

This is a newer problem I've started seeing only since Phoebe. While in space in the middle of running a DED complex, anomaly, or mission, much of my screen, excluding ship control panel, overview, scan, cargo, chat, drones, or any other open windows, turns white. To put it another way, everything in space disappears. I've tried changing every graphical setting possible to no avail. I've found no way to stop it happening. The only thing I can do is when it does happen, zoom in on my ship and move the camera around and eventually everything turns back to normal.

EVE is the only game where I get any graphical wierdness. Anyone ever experienced this?

This keeps happening to me as well, except only the right side of screen turns white. Spinning the camera around randomly fixes it, but still annoying.
