I'm having a problem communicating with people in EvE. It works fine for nearly everybody but with specific people I can't see text from them - they can see my text, but I can't see theirs.

They are not blocked on my end and I am not blocked on their end and I can confirm it works as intended with an alt.

Any idea? I have a ticket open but no response so far.

Welp turns out I had a whole alliance blocked which explains things.
