When client is in CQ and show glitch, by switching to hanger view and back fixes it again.

Ok, bumping texture qulitiy to medium fixes the issue

Issue can be replicated by redocking with settings to high

just giving an update to anyone with this problem.

Working with CCP on the issue now. clearing cache reduced the bug to only showing up on rare occasion. however it is still there.
