I've seen worse as I'm sure you have. What I don't understand is how he got soloed with 15K Hps and warp stabs. I can't believe the assassin had two scrams fit, then again if he was hunting FW farmers he may have. If the assassin did have two scrams, he should have still had time to run back to the gate with that many HPs. My conclusion, AFK.

Checking that guys killboard he has lost a couple of dual scram Hawks, so it's not out of the question that OP was just caught and killed.

EDIT: As to burning back to gate, I'd be willing to bet that since he has a gun and drones on that fit, he tried to put up a fight and couldn't jump thanks to timers.
