Checked on that Eve character appraiser and it just seemed a bit low considering the time effort and skillbooks I've invested into this character.

the reason it would be rather low is that its an industry character. they do not net the premium pvp focused pvp characters pull. industry and mixed skill pilots will never get as much. i would say the price is around 8 odd billion, pushing 10.
