WTB cheap starter combat with good cores/supports

I'm looking for a new character that is focused towards combat, I only have a very tight budget (not gonna say what it is just yet because it's flexible but it's low) so I want something that's focused on the core skills.

Positives: Things like T2 drones, focused into one race/skill set (e.g. armour or shields, guns or missiles), any T2 weapons/ships trained, good core skills (e.g. lvl5 in hull upgrades, gunnery, shield operations, missile operations as relevant to the character).

Things I'm not bothered by and won't pay extra for: half assed random training into everything, low core skills, anything not combat focused like industrial, leadership etc. Those things won't put me off, but I'll treat the character as though they don't have those skills when I'm working out how much it's worth to me.

I don't mind training towards the ships that suit the character's training if the character has good cores and support skills so specific ship/weapon skills would be nice, but not required. I'm not really interested in anything bigger than BCs either, pilots with heavy training into BS don't really interest me.

Please post a price and eveboard, I can only post to this thread once a day and I'm not interested in using that one post to back and forth over basic stuff. I'm contactable in game on this character. And remember, I have a small budget, anything over 4.5b won't even be considered, my budget isn't that high but I'm prepared to negotiate.

    I'm not looking any more, none of the characters I've been offered have quit fitted exactly what I'm looking for.
