Price for focused mining booster (Orca pilot)?

Looking to set up a mining fleet and want to buy an Orca pilot. What kind of price range am I looking at?

I've reviewed the Character Bazaar for recent sales, but all "boosters" are also combat boosters or otherwise have extraneous SP. If I asked for a dedicated mining booster char with MAX skills as detailed below, what range would I expect to pay?
