PC should I sell for 11bil?

I was just offered a buyout for 11bil, is that fair or should I ask for more?

Been working my way up from starting with 2 tengu pilots in march... trying to get a good main, should I keep this guy or sell and look for a higher sp?

If you can get him in a carrier in a month or two then do that and sell then.

As is may be able to get 13b, but market is quite saturated at that SP level so 11b isn't terrible.

Thanks! I decided to do gal cruiser 5 first, maybe post him having ishtar. Since 500mil for a capital skillbook is rough on my 6month old wallet, after plex costs.
