Short and sweet.

Looking for a pilot that can fly a Loki with T2 med turrets and good core/fit skills. I would also like decent scan skills for WH.

There is no budget, but not looking for cap pilots.

Will also entertain Tengu with T2 HAMS/Heavies and good core and fit skills.
