first of it MUST have the following :

combat focused
battleship to 5
battlecruiser to l5
cruiser to l5
t2 hybrid weapons with all supports to l5
All core skills to l5
40+ mill sp im not after a starter or have trained character

Not interested in cap skills i dont want to pay more for those skills
Or indy yuck

bonus would be good drone skills
little to no wasted sp

gallente only and the more focused the better.
