they are part of my old pc that i got made from overclockers uk.

Do you want a new screen? Do you have preference when it comes to brands, etc.

I guess I should ask what your general idea is for this build, is it purely for gaming or do you want to get into streaming and so forth.

My suggestion to you is that you sit down and think about it all for a bit.

I've been thinking for a long time about upgrading to an I-5 processor and an unclockable motherboard. With that budget you could get a decent midgrade graphics card, good HD and an SSD and any other little things you want for about that price. This was a year or two ago so I dunno if the i-7's are dropping in price to make committing to one logical or not.

You make a valid point, good Sir or Madam.

Aspalis here.

I can put together a few builds for you if you like but spending up to £1200 for a decent gaming PC is a bit mad.

Could you please explain why that is a little mad?

It is a ridiculous amount of money for a PC that you can build cheaper?

No iam not paying 1200 for it to be built for me

I have 1200 to spend on parts to build it my self. with the help of a friend who is building with me.

If i can get a really good machine for cheaper i will spend less but i have upto 1200 :)

So should be able to build a beast.
