I know it isn't nearly as other apps, but I'm working on it. It is coming slowly but it is doing quite well for one person working on it (with no third party libraries, and only in my free time). It is called EVEProfiler and can be found on the Windows Phone store once you have updated your Windows Phone to 8.1 It currently has pretty accurate real time simulation of your skill in training, shows your skills and their progress all with an extremely unique UI, and your mail. If you have any feedback or suggestions let me know.
