Looking for a perfect ewar pilot,

Must have all if most Ewar skills to 5

Must have recon 5 and racial cruisers to 5

BONUS would be tengu skills to 5


Other skills negotiable.


Prefer low corp history.


Budget preferred for below 10b, but can stretch as far as 24b for the right toon.
