Is it possible? I couldn't find an option to align first so I can get the trick started.

I assume you mean webbing the orca? You do not need to align. Just have the orca pilot hit warp, when it reaches about 20% speed, hit it with a two stasis webs, and it warps right away.

Also, the align button is the left most one in the selected item window.

To enter warp, you need two conditions to be met:

♦ Moving in an alignment towards your destination.
♦ Moving at 75% of your max velocity.

Webs reduce your max velocity the instant they are applied, but they don't immediately change your ships current velocity. This allows you to use webs to enter warp right away.

Example: Your Orca's max speed is ~100 m/s (for simple math).
The time to enter warp from zero velocity is the time to accelerate to 75 m/s (== 75% of 100 m/s).

With webs, each web reduces your velocity by 50% (or more). Apply two of them, and you Orca's max velocity will be ~25 m/s. 75% of this is tad bit under 20 m/s. So, if you hit "warp-to-destination" and your buddy 2x webs you, you'll instantly enter warp if you're moving at 20 m/s or more. It takes only a few seconds to reach this velocity, as opposed to ~25s to reach the 75 m/s you'd normally need. You can use 3x webs to enter warp even faster, or you can use Serpentis ships with up to 90% webs. To bypass the 10 km's web range limitation, you could also use a Rapier, Huggin, Hyena, or soon-to-have-its-web-range-increased cruor, ashimmu, or Bhaalgorn.

Are you talking about MWD-warp with the Orca to get into warp in the cycle time of the MWD?

You don't need to align first, but you do need to be at a dead stop or pretty darn close to it.

To use it to get to a fleet member, activate warp to them, and while you're aligning, cycle the MWD once--just like you would do if you were warping to anything else. No need to align separately first.

That's probably not what you asked for exactly but let me share my Speed Warping Orca:

[Orca, Speed warp]
Reinforced Bulkheads II
Damage Control II

Prototype 100MN Microwarpdrive I
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Adaptive Invulnerability Field II
Thermic Dissipation Field II

[empty high slot]
[empty high slot]
[empty high slot]

Large Ancillary Current Router I
Large Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer II
Large Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer II

Here's what you do after jumping the gate:
- click jump on next gate on path (your Orca starts aligning),
- immediately turn on MWD for one cycle that lasts 10s (set auto-repeat off),
- turn on active tanking modules,
- enjoy warp at frigate speed (with some Ascendancy implants).

You can swap Large Ancillary Current Router I to third Large Hyperspatial Velocity Optimizer II but it requires +5% power grid implant.

100 mwd cycle = 10 second warp time every time.
The web method is pesky {timers} & needs both pilots to be in the same corp.
