Hunting for a character that is pure trading skilled, with at least Wholesale skilled up or very close to getting it as minimum.

Not wanting any other skills as this will be a jita station trading character except maybe PI skills but not overly important and will not pay much extra for them.

Positive sec status, no kill rights and positive wallet all a MUST.

All CCP rules shall be followed (seller pays transfer fees and all that jazz).

I have a reasonable budget, but don't be greedy. Please either post here or mail me, please include how much your after along with a link to the character and any password that may be required to view it.
