Here comes the first one:

Is it possible, that we're going to get ship painting ability on Singularity before it enters Tranquility? It would be nice.

And the second one:

am I allowed to get with my corp on Sisi and try some combat tactics out of 6-CZ49, PVH8-0? I haven't found any restriction like this, but it's always better to be sure.

Ship painting will enter SiSi as every new change, to test and hunt bugs.

You can fight you friends as much as you want, whereever you want. IF and only IF they want it too. Attacking "innocent" is bad. BTW, thats how all the big alliances prepare for alliance tournaments.

2. Combat by consent only, except in the designated combat systems (6-CZ49 and PVH8-0, only on Singularity).
