Hallo,

I remember some time ago that there was a special procedure to get supercapital jobs completed by CCP on SISI, but i am not able to find that info anymore.

Anyone has more info about that ?

CCP doesn't help with that anymore. If you want a super on sisi you need to make one yourself. Some players have set up sov to do that and some (not many) of those also provide super building as a service. Example:

Wow, so... mirrors use to be not that frequent ? Otherwise, how can one be successful at build a titan, for example ?

Mirrors don't happen that often. Is it difficult to make supers on sisi? Yes. Is it impossible? No.
