Just wanted to leave a message here that EvE starter packs are on discount @ amazon.com

You will have some problems using an EU billing address or anything outside US as a billing address but {Snip. -- ISD LackOfFaith} offers a nice free service for forwarding mail outside US and provides an address. Since these are sent you digitally, there will be nothing sent to the billing address anyways, that's how I worked around it. :)
