I've been looking at this and it makes no sense to me.

extra training queue on one account is 15.99

extra account 9.99

Am I missing something you more experienced players take for granted?

To keep using the character on the second account, you'll have to keep paying for the second account.
To keep using the character that you've trained using dual training, you just have to pay for the account you're already using.

You use multiple character training to build up special-purpose alts that can be finished in 2–3 months — trade alts, industry alts, another cyno alt — and which don't need to be logged in at the same time as the main character on that account.

You can do a single 30 day train on an alt such asa station trading alt and still only pay one monthly sub in the long run and have a second useful char.

If you take a second account you will be stuck with a second subscription to use the char you train on it.

Depends what you want the second char for really as to which you would go for
