Hello all,

Before you start yelling to read the stickies... I did. I've requested a reactivation a month ago, but nothing happened. I can log on my alt which was inactive for a period and then was reactivated...yet on this char which was always active I could not. I've tried both old and new passwords to no avail.

What can I do?
