Can there be 2 customs offices on the same plant? Both own by 2 different players. I ask because I have heard yes and no answers.

Only one custom office per planet. If there are two somewhere its bug worth reporting.

There was a glitch a month or two ago where you could set up 2 offices on a planet, but it was something to the effect that only one would work, this was quickly fixed.

"Your security status has been lowered." - Hell yeah it was!
