I'm looking for a decently (not perfect) skilled rorqual pilot. A few key skills:

Mining Director V preferred.
Capital Industrial ships IV or V
Jump Cal V (required)
Decent support skills

Please post what you have here, budget is pretty...extensive, but I'm looking for a specialty pilot. Will pay a decent amount for the right pilot. Thanks!
