I am proud to announce the 4th Anniversary of Stillwater Corporation's reforming on March 13th, YC 112. It has been good and successful 4 years of Stillwater's active service for the Angel Cartel cause, and I have to thank all our friends and allies that have supported us in our ventures and efforts, making us grow and become one of the most active and some will say menacing loyalist corporations out there.

As such, I am also extending an invitation to a small celebration, or as some would call it, bacchanalia, in our home complex - The Ivory Tower. Some of you may already be familiar with; those that aren't may inquire about it in a personal mail.

The celebration shall be held on March 13th, at 1800 standard time. Those unavailable to come personally may use our holoprojector infrastructure - the fluid router access channel is 'Ivory Tower Public'. Dress code is casual.

Those considered enemies of the Angel Cartel are not welcome. Regarding everyone else, I'll see you there.

There is another anniversary that has passed recently, one that is not so pleasant; it has been five years since Shakor and Aeboul signed a deal behind closed doors that nominally bought the Thukker Tribe into the Republic.

And whilst everyone rejoiced at the notion of all seven Tribes grazing in the same paddock, more subtle machinations were at play. I was a still a relatively new capsuleer, but I remember well the day when I approached my regular Thukker Mix security agent for work and having to look twice at the mission briefing.

"What is this, Vudo?" I asked, "This puts me against Angel ships."
And Vudo replied; "Haven't you heard? Republic Fleet have requested Thukker assets to assist against the Cartel."

I couldn't believe my ears. Aeboul had promised autonomy, yet the diplomatic standings of the Thukker Tribe had been adjusted to appease the Republic. The Cartel were no longer our allies, but now neutral and open to hostilities from capsuleers taking contract work from the Mix or Trust Partners.

But some of us aren't so easily fooled or lead to treachery. Since then I have never accepted work that would put Cartel ships in my sights. On my appointment as Caravan Master last year, I made a few alterations to our own diplomatic standings regarding the Republic and Cartel, standings that reflect how things were, how they should be.

So, on this auspicious occasion of Stillwater's fourth anniversary it gives me great honour to extend our warmest regards and congratulations to Malakim Caine and our friends at Stillwater Corporation, on behalf of the Katanga Caravan. May Thukker-Cartel relations continue to hold strong for many more years to come.

But with deep regret, I'll be unable to attend the celebration. I won't be returning from the Wildlands until next week and I'm forbidden to holo in on the fluid router - it'll give our location away.

I'll be sure to come and visit soon though. Hopefully I can persuade Zenitoka to come along too!

Your attention to detail is commendable! I never read the fine print. Why, I blew up some Amarrian police in Tash-Murkon once just because Republic Security Services asked nicely.
