43m SP Covert Ops, Exploration and Miner. What am I missing, where to?

Recently came back to the game, I am mostly a Covert Ops, Exploration and Miner. This is my main and currently my only character.

I have 43m SP, but I am interested if I am missing anything obvious in those three areas of Covert Ops, Exploration and mining?

exhumers is only at 4
cannot proficiently fly a t3 covops t3
orca skill only at 2
other leadership skills for orca
bad drone skills

In addition, your offensive skills are wanting. If by exploration you mean just professional sites that doesn't much matter but if you actually want to run combat sites you're going to want to either invest in some serious missile skills for a Tengu or some serious drone skills for an Ishtar (or maybe gunnery for a Proteus but... eh). Cruiser 5 required either way, and the Tengu or Proteus will want offensive and defensive subs at 5 and the others at 4 minimum.

Covert Ops to 5 isn't a bad idea if you're sticking with those either.

Unless he spends 95% of his time in a tengu, which isn't out of the question.

But yeah, those are seriously important skills for any drone ship. So important I would put the first 4 levels at the top of any remap and only wait on the 4th if you never use drones.

I would take this to level 3 or 4 if you plan to fly a HAM Tengu a lot. That extra 4%-6% DPS is like having another damage implant in your head.
