So I've been reading and watching videos about C5 sleeper sites and they always use dreads, a loki, and a carrier to run the sites for lots of isk. What is the common Loki fit used?

Good info from Jack,

However the best part of his post was the "Would you like to know more?".

Best Starship troopers reference!

Or get in a magnetar and create a warp in on top of the sleepers. Then you don't need lokis. Made 4 bil in two hours the other night...

If running cap escalations, get a rapier. Lokis are only required if you want to spawn all the escalationwaves at once, so unless you bring in all caps at once, rapier is the significantly superior choice.

This is true, especially in a magnetar.

it really isnt.
it forces you to triage and pay attention to the carrier alt and basically zero benefit.
you dont need the extra webs since the dreads hit better up close anyway and the TP benefit, while admittedly relevant, isnt needed.
loki can also kill frigs and is far more resilient.

And if you have to ask about running these sites, a loki will be much less likely to die in the hands of inexperienced carrier pilots.

Single plate? Meh. Otherwise the fit is sound to me.

Single plate fit is fine, T2 tri-marks are so cheap now though no reason not to use them.

Also get the infowar ganglink in use that increases TP bloom factor - very useful.

Not a fan of the rapier personally - if you get jumped in site any half decent fleet will despatch it so fast its not funny whereas with a reasonably tanky webbing ship you've got a decent chance to turn the tables, doesn't take all that many guardians either now they've increased the guardian damage output to potentially alpha through a rapier if you spawn more than 1 wave at a time so any screwup has an increased potential to costs you capitals when it didn't need to (though you could always have a backup webbing ship on hand heh).

Huginns are for pulsars. For everything armorrelated, you want a rapier Roll

Also, you don't even have to shoot anything besides the guardians, the rest barely interests you and could also be dealt with just using drones (you got two carriers on field). The TP bonus might not be worth it in your pinion, we though found out that applied damage goes up a LOT using bonused TPs.

I don't plan on running the sites now, I was just wanting more info as I would like to train to be able to run these sites with a corp in a Loki.
