Introducing Skillcare, providing universal skillpoints to all players

I would like to introduce the concept of skillcare.

There are many people who currently are at a skill point disadvantage
+ Those that PVP in empty clones
+ Those that don't care about SP
+ Brand new Players.

These groups should not be left behind.

Under Skillcare the total of all SP earned by all players is evenly disturbed among all players, and when a new player creates a pilot everyone shares a little SP to bring them up to speed.

Total SP in all of EVE
Total Pilots in all of EVE

This gives everyone a fair playing field and will keep things interesting for even Veteran players.

No longer will PVP pilots be at a disadvantage to their high-sec level 4 mission grinding counterparts in terms of SP growth.

Using Rough Estimates this will bring every pilot in EVE to roughly five million SP.

CCP said they were interested in "Shaking up the meta" this would certainly do so.

Thank You Obama!

Equality isn't funny, do you think people enjoy starting a new game like EVE and spending YEARS dying just because they have inequal skillpoints?

You are a sad hateful little man, I bet you enjoy attacking puppies.

OHHHHHHHHH I LOVE IT! Finally a Skill training Online post I can get behind.

While we are at it, I suggest that those disadvantaged players go to a in game website to sign up for this service.

I'm guessing that this is some sort of parody on U.S. policy that no one else in the world (and probably half of Americans) really don't give a **** about?

Am I right?

It's not a lack of skill points that results in new pvp pilots dying with high frequency, it's:

1. Lack of player skill
2. Lack of support systems (eg. Leadership boosts from an off grid alt, links)

Skill points are important only up to a point and even a relatively new character can be better than a veteran because most of the skill points the veteran has have nothing to do with the specific fight at hand. Skill points provide flexibility to fly and fit many different styles, but once a ship is being flown only some of the SP matter.

The way for new characters to get ahead quickly is to:

1. Focus skill training into a specific doctrine early on and then fly to that doctrine
2. Fight lots and recognise that more is learnt from a loss than a win. The experience is valuable
3. Network with other players to fight as a small gang rather than solo

Crying about the need for new characters to be given more SP is not the path to pvp success. There are plenty of high SP pilots that are rubbish at pvp. Experience and constant practice as a players leads to pvp success.

No no no. Instead, when you turn on your PvP flag, you should automatically be granted V in all combat related skills.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

there is already solution for this. Character bazaar... If you dont want spend years of skilling just to achieve 100m skillpoints you can buy character from this bazaar. If you are smart enough, you can earn tens of billions isk in just one year and buy one (jita trading) . if not (but you are rich in RL) , you can buy PLEX, sell them and buy such character....

Not sure if trolling.

So, you want to reward people who neglect their skill queue or forget to update their clone by giving them free skillpoints? Isn't it enough that your government is already doing something similar for you? Equality doesn't exist. We are NOT created equal. Some of us have talent, and some of us don't.
