Polymer Reaction Stuck at Online-Starting up

I am currently encountering an issue with my corp polymer reactions. I am attempting to setup several reactions on multiple control towers for T3 corp production, but each of the reactions are stuck at the online-starting up phase. I did have one array working just fine, but it did not properly restart after topped off the materials. This occurred at the same time that I setup additional reactions, none of which would start. I have rebuilt the links, unanchored the modules, repackaged them and even relaunched the control towers, but nothing has worked. I have verified the configuration each time and ensured their was a proper amount of reacting materials in each feeder silo. Since it worked once, this shows me that I have the proper configuration.

I was also wondering if this could have been caused by Rubicon which went live the day before the issues started occurring.

I also forgot to mention that I often wait 3-4 cycles to give the reactions a chance to startup.

Take a screenshot, upload it (example: http://eve-files.com), and post the link here so we can see what is what.

The output in the pictures shows 250 PPD Fibers, but that is from the last cycle that the reaction worked properly. The reaction has been sitting in this state for around 24 hours now. I am attempting to setup two polymer reactions on a single control tower, which is not pictured because I took the towers down to conserve fuel

Disregard I figured it out. I had the improper amounts for the minerals.

You should use a Coupling Array instead of a silo. Minerals are small.

I was going to say have you tried unanchoring the reactor and anchoring it again but that's stupid. And it wouldn't have solved anything.

YA DUN GOOFED

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.
