WTB 0.5+ caldari faction standing with POS skills

Want to buy a character that has 0.5 minimum caldari faction standing.

I want to use this toon to make a corp and get a POS up in empire ASAP.

I will consider toons with other skills to compliment this (like mining/manufacturing/research/hauling/refining) as well

It has to have a possitive bank and no kill mails or wanted status.

at least one remap is a bonus.

I'm very flexible as long as it is able to place a POS in a 0.8 system.
