Is there a place, I can go to see a list or table of skillz that CCP has added to the game, in the last several years, sorted by date, by expansion or by patch number?

Yes, that's also why I asked. I know it's possible to get the in-game interface to show skillz I don't have, so I can see them that way, but it's nice to have a systematic overview, and now that Tau has posted his list, others can remember it, and link to it on request. Or it can even be made sticky.

Sounds strangely familiar. Still searching for confirmation.

EDIT N + 1: So far, it seems that Skirmish Warfare used to give a velocity bonus that was changed to agility. I also seem to remember an agility / signature size change mixed in somehow. Still looking. The Leadership bonus has been unchanged since at least Revelations 2.2
