Industrial Ship Skill Benefits?

Hello,

Apart from providing a gateway to higher tiers of ships, do additional levels of Industrial Ship skill provide any benefits towards ship performance?

For example, if I am content just being able to pilot the Caldari Badger which requires Caldari Industrial Level 1, is there any reason to training that skill up to level 2?

In the ship description for the Badger.

Traits
Caldari Industrial skill bonus per level:
5% bonus to cargo capacity
5% bonus to agility

If you see that a skillbook doesn't have any bonuses listed on it then look at the ships and modules they affect. It's usually one or the other.

How did you Veterans start?
