New and different group PVE encounters

Motivation
Having just started doing incursions (only did VGs and kundilini manifest), I can say with certainty it's a good addition to the game, much like the wormholes are.
It allows for an easy way for people to earn ISK, in a slightly challenging fashion.
However these encounters are trivial and only really depend on fits, and in the case of vanguards (10~ person incursions) you just have to hope that at least two logis are capable. In fact, for really good groups (elite t3 fleets), you can expect sites to be done in very few minutes.

The only slight annoyance with these sites is, they mostly all revolve around the same thing: you have dps (t3 and BS differentiate in preference according to some sites) and you have logis to repair shield/armor for that dps. The only thing dps needs to worry about is targeting stuff in the right order, and the only thing logis need to worry about is repping the people getting damaged (with the additional need for broadcasts in some sites for everyone).

Idea
It would be great if certain encounters (incursion or otherwise) would introduce the need for additional ships and roles. An example of that which comes to mind is adding few very high dps turret ships which can be EWARed (tracking disruption or ECM f.e). Also it would be great if you could bring ships that should be neuted or warp scram/disrupted (imagine sansha ships warping around 150km+ placed beacons when they get damaged too much).

An additional idea would be adding certain custom encounters where certain things require you to spread the fleet in a different fashion, f.e equipping NPCs with bombs which do AOE damage, much like the player bombs, or adding multiple enemy fleets with large distance between them, but capability to snipe your fleet (and perhaps optimal rage disrupt players so they can't snipe themselves); which would require fleets to spread in multiple groups, but still work towards the common goal.

Also, you can add really high damaging bombs (that would nearly destroy a good BS/t3), but slow moving and being fired from a large distance at fixed points in space, which may require the fleet to move around.

Many other ideas can be made up in this fashion, but the general idea is to have more dynamic encounters and ships with more roles.
