Best Fit for a domni who may or may not get RR'd back. C3

Situation, In a C3, may get someone in fleet at times who can RR back, definitely no second RR domni. Is there a domini fit around for this situation? I have T2 Sentries I don't have T2 Guns. I have armor skills. Anyone have this tucked away, and yes I used the search function.

So you want a fit that can be either part of a RR chain, or solo C3s, in the same fit?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

With the same rigs at least. And I wouldn't be solo all the time, small gang some of the time.

This I used in a C3 before Odessey. Focus lies on a cheap fit, but it happened to warp out here and then... a better rep would do it but becomes too expensive imo.
The 1600 plate is good to stand a 2 bs spawn long enough.

With Odessey we are loosing about 150dps(guns) but the reps got buffed and there's no need for the omnis anymore....I would try this:
