Probe Scanning Changes

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but after the last 2 patches scanning down sites is confusing. At first I thought I just have to get used to the new interface but I noticed some disparity in what I see in the scan panel and in the system view. Scan panel will show 1 signature but the system will show 2 dots or several signatures listed but not a single red mark (dot, sphere, circle) in the system view. Sad

Is it just me (not understanding the changes) or anyone else having this issue?

There is an issue according to a dev in another thread about the same thing.
