Guided Missile Precision

I dont mean to open a can of worms here but i thought getting an updated view of this skill is needed.

"Skill at precision missile homing. Proficiency at this skill increases the accuracy of a fired missile's exact point of impact, resulting in greater damage to small targets. 5% decrease per level in factor of signature radius for all missile explosions."

Now does this or does this not apply to Torpedos? Ive been googleing and keep seeing that it does not for some reason, due to guided/unguided missles. BUT the description clearly states "for all missile explosions."

Has CCP updated this skill to apply to all ammo under the missile dropdown?

Again, yes. It's a recent change though so no wonder if googling gets you wrong results.

Because your keywords weren't specific enough.

I've found that name hard to handle as well especially with all the tweaking and other skills that could be construed to have the same meaning.
It would be nice if it were named "Missile precision".
