Odyssey 1.1 is now available for you for testing on Singularity! Please use this thread for general feedback, but use the linked threads for changes with a link.

Bug reports: The new bug-reporting site is now live. Please use either the in-client bug reporting tool or this link.

New build system: Please read this thread and give specific feedback there.

Features from Team Game of Drones:


Features from Team Super Friends:
  • Custom probe formations
  • Improved scan results history/persistance


Features from Team Pony Express:
Radial Menu + Drone + few other UI changes

Known issues:

  • Grouped weapons are using ammunition asymmetrically
  • Missions are not available
  • All popup messages are missing their text
  • The client includes several duplicated files, which cause a huge patch and will probably break the client on Windows XP

While you're adding custom probes, how about fixing the three probe hits only showing the ghost signature?

That has been fixed for 1.1 One result will be displayed in the results list, but two signatures will be visible in the 3D map.

    The Lag is horrible at the moment. taking 4-5 seconds for drones to deploy. Modules on overheat burning out because its taking too long from the time you stop the overheat for the command to actually work. and other lag infested events.

    For all that is pure and holy, please make the Munnin into a launcher based platform or a split weapon system like the Scythe Fleet Issue.

    It is such a meh ship. Why would anyone want to fly it vs the many other options available ... Arty Munnin is .. so .. ugh.

    It is also with other guns, it seems that all the ammo for a salvo is only taken from one turret instead of one ammo round from each turret you have linked together.

    I'd love to hear about the process where you determined the bestower required 10 too many units of isogen.

    I also dislike the new font size on the BPOs. Larger would be good. Edit. (yes, I realize it is about the same as now, but with the different formatting it is too small now.)

    The left font, the material level and so on. Overall I dislike the changes to the setup but if the font was large I'd be cool with it.


    I noticed you are using that new setup on all sorts of panels. A bigger font option would be nice for all of it.


    Why is the structural resists on the ships info panel abbreviated 'dmg' where as for shields/armor it is spelt out?


    Ya'll did a ton of work, just my minor feedback.

    If I see it right. Even the stuff in space that is not in the overview, but in range gets this little grey crosshair thing. Very nice.

    Skill Name Changes:

    The physics and engineering skills are missing.

    Guided Missile Precision & Target Navigation Prediction are still named completely wrong --> Thread/ Post


    Besides that, I like the new way information in the attributes-, fitting- and prerequisites-tabs is displayed. A lot better now.

    Awesome changes, realy like the Heavy assault rebalancing, Ishtar is now my favorite (it already was before the changes but now it got even more awsome), beast of a machine Twisted
    Only the turret hardpoints on the model need a little tweaking, right now it is assymetrical when using all hardpoints.
