unallocated skillpoints - and returnee questions

Hi, played a couple of years ago and just came back. Unfortunatly i sold my main but i have my second account on ~20m sp.

Now, it says i have 8k unallocated sp..whooppedido eh.
My alt who has under 500k sp, has 3-400k unallocated..huh why is that?

Something else that is weird is that on my main, the skillhistory says i completed a load of skills less than a week ago, but i reactivated 2 days ago...i dont get it :s

Was your alt training learning skills? They were removed from the game.

I highly doubt that..i only used him to haul.
My main had all learningskills for sure though, 8k unallocated sounds so weird.

I think the low sp would have been a social skill. I think they were re-vamped awhile back.

The 'completed' skills, were a change to the way destroyers and battlecruiser skills are listed. Those skills were multi-racial before, now they are segregated, and are individual skill paths.
