Cleaning out my hangers and ran across the following I would like to get rid of.

(15) Station Factories – Building cost almost 54 mil
(9) Station Laboratories – Building cost almost 57 mil

I would like to get rid of the entire lot at once for 1.1 bil which brings everything down to around 46 mil a piece, 10 mil a unit under build cost.

They are currently located in hi sec in the forge region.
