Just learned one of my favorite game/mod composers offers his music for free -- some of which might make for good EVE music -- travel, PvP or whatever. It's not your typical music and is instrumental/synth

Some of it is Skyrim-esque, though there is a variety; and while it may sound better on horseback in Mount & Blade...I think some people here may enjoy it.

For battles my favorites would be:

A Knight in Pendor (not to be confused with A Night in Pendor, another song.)
and
Sand Warriors

Hell's Forge is a bit different and kind of space sounding in parts.

A Melody of Slaughter is really cool (esp. when your cavalry is dancing around a vanquished enemy near the end part of the music).

Enjoy and add your own favorite free music, if you like.

P.S. You can download the album for free by selecting Buy Now (for album, not song) and entering 0.
(though a couplebux to support indie work is always nice)

Good Deal Random -- Hope you like it. I'll check out your podcast, too. I really need to get with the program. It looks like you began this about when I took my EVE break and I haven't done my RvB forum homework, since.

Oh, by the way, even though the music is free the author still has copyright of the work.

Given he has donated so much free to the gaming community ( via this stunning mod, Prophesy of Pendor) and actually made a post to let people know how to get the music for free, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't mind the use of his work (non-profit) ---if ya just ask and maybe give attribution -- deferring of course to his terms.

There is a contact link on the bottom right of the page. Or he can be reached via taleworlds. http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?action=profile;u=199136

Just hate to see an unintentional conflict arise from his generosity.
