Give a bonus to ALL "Drone" ships, to boost the EWAR, Jamming, and "other EWAR style" capabilities of all non-combat and non-mining drones.

A separate bonus to mining drones could be given too but...

... who really wants to fly an Algos with Harvester Drones?


IOW...

... Make it so that that nifty little 10% bonus to combat drones HP and DPS...
... Also has a nifty 10% to the EWAR type capabilities of EWAR type drones.

And instead of that crappy 10% bonus Drones HP...

... how about a 25% bouns instead?

Drones just need a revamp in general, so many issues with them. Best to let CCP revamp the system rather than trying to fix it with ships that would otherwise be balanced with a drone mechanic fix.
