Hi folks!

For awhile now I've been considering making an EvE Ship and submitting it to CCP for consideration amung their future Updates. With this I am urging people to take up this opportunity as a challenge to help the EvE Community as a whole and create their own ship for submission!!

The available Programs (3D modeling) include;

Blender
3D Max

Blender is available for "ALL" Platforms and can Rival the Quality of Battlefield 3, Guild Wars2, Mw3 and the likes should you choose to invest your time in learning such a program. I hope to see at least a few of you take up this cup, I myself will begin working on a light-weight Hybrid.

CCP held a contest for players to create new ships. They chose a winner, what...a year ago? We still have yet to see anything of that new ship in the game. So I doubt you taking the time to design ships will be fruitful for you or CCP.

I would say go ahead and make a bunch of EvE ships and post them with your resume when CCP has an opening for an art designer or something.

Just as a continuation, I doubt if anyone had the object and complete animation for all parts of the ship's movements etc!!

That would be handled when the time comes for it to actually be needed...

It is interesting that you say that. :p I however am not going to wait on creating a 3D World and the Characters etc for when it becomes needed. Over the course of leading up to it being needed, I can use the time available to make the animation more fluid and such!!

That's just me tho! (Referencing 2014 when my first Animated Film is published after it's Manga is created) :)
