-Sasha Bonds-
A Corporate Bond

Hello again MD and welcome to the official launch of Sasha Bonds,
Having undergone a Discussion Phase I feel the questions I needed answered were, and many of you're own were answered as well. If anyone still has questions about the bond please feel free to send me an EveMail, as I would prefer to keep this topic about the bond and it's investors.

Section 1: Bond Information
-Par Value (Face value of issued bonds): 50,000,000.00 ISK (50 Million ISK)
-Amount of Bonds Issued: 20
-Bond Total: 28 shares @ 50 Million ISK per = 1,400,000,000.00 ISK (1.4 Billion ISK)
-Interest (Per Month): 3% (42 Million ISK Per Month)
-Term and Maturation Date: Open Ended *See Section 2*
-Collateral: Rokh BPO which will held by: Vaerah Vahrokha
-Total Value of BPO (@NPC Prices): 1,485,000,000 ISK (1.485 Billion ISK)

Section 2: Information for Investors
-Interest will be paid 1 month after the day the bond is filled.
-This an open ended bond, therefore there is no set maturation date.
-Investors have the right to withdraw their investment at anytime with at least a one week (7 days notice), this is due to the invested ISK being largely tied up in a complex production line that will take more than a few days to completely liquidate at a moments notice.
-I reserve the right to end this bond at anytime with 48 hours notice to the investor. Initial investment will be returned + interest due for that month.
*Note: Should I choose the end the bond early investors will receive their initial investment + all interest due for the next pay period.*
-Should there be opportunity for expansion there will be a shareholder vote, with each share counting as 1 vote.

Section 3: Investors
1. Vaerah Vahrokha-20 Shares (1 Billion ISK)-Interest due 3.20.2013 (30 Million ISK)
*Note: As per our agreement online and due to timezone differences Vaerah will post confirmation of collateral transfer and investment when he/she is able, and the interest will be due 30 days after confirmation is given! Thanks again Vaerah for all the help and congratulations on being our first investor!*
2. Kraillach-8 Shares (400 Million ISK)-Interest due 3.20.2013 (12 Million ISK)
Thank you Kraillach for you're investment. Will be in touch!

Again I want to thank everyone who shared their insights on what I needed to take a look at and change with this bond. I enjoyed the discussion phase greatly and would definitely recommend anyone interested in launching a bond to give it a read as there is much valuable information from many wonderful people in there! Again if you have any questions please shoot me an EveMail and I will respond as soon as I can, this is in an attempt to keep this thread clean for my investors!

Sincerely,
-Sasha

As much as I wish people would read what I wrote, I will let this one slide as it made me giggle. Yes Alex, yes you may read my name as Alfredo sauce and get hungry every time you think of me, you wouldn't be the first.

Sasha contacted me for research of a BPO during the investment (not something the newest investors can do).

We could not talk because we play at different time zones.
I mailed her to go ahead with the investment anyway, if I'd not reply within a day the bond would go to who took it.

I am going to put the BPO under ME research for a month, if Sasha decides to end the bond sooner she'll lose the research (due to the known game mechanics about cancelling research).

After the month, Sasha will see to add more BPOs and thus open further investors slots or whatever.

VV was the first to contact me with questions and information about the bond so I gave him first chance at filling it :)

I gave VV the chance to be my first investor as he was the first to respond with actual interest in filling the bond (in-game chat). He accepted and here we are.

Why is the value of the bond 485m below the cost of the Collateral,

If I didn't know better you just sold a Teir 3 BPO for 1b.

Fortunately its VV holding it, so chances of seeing it again, are high (although still at some risk of outside events)

I thought about that as well, but as I have already launched there is not much I can do about it. Is there a problem with an overly collateralized bond? I would love an extra 400 million ISK but at this point it seems too late =/

Edit: Would it be unorthodox to open up an extra 400 million ISK in available space?

As I would like to KISS I have opened up another 8 shares @ 50 M per, as per my discussion with Vaerah! Anyone interested in the remaining 8 shares @ 50,000,000.00 ISK per please post here or shoot me an EveMail, as I am still at school and have class for the next 2 hours!

Edit: Thanks Candy for the info...Vaerah said that collateral should always be a bit over 100% so I decided 8 more shares would give investors enough room should they decide to invest while still being overly collateralized!
